As part of an initiative to better communicate order status to customers, LegalZoom wanted to reimagine and reinvent the account area for logged-in customers. Diving deep into the complicated process for business formation and the technical backend processes for order handling, we developed a streamlined order status progress bar and product modules that would allow customers to get immediate updates on expected delivery date as well as communicate any need for customer input. The overall result was a more engaged customer and sharply reduced call volume for simple order status questions.
